underneath it all

The last few days, I’ve been running around New York City, browsing dozens of boutiques searching for something for an exclusive Underwear party by Brooklyn Fashion Group. Lucky me, I had Susi and Kyra helping out, hyping me up and showing the best example of girl support. Even while Susi was still on her honeymoon in Okinawa, she picked up my FaceTime calls and helped me choose the perfect pieces.

And thank Kobe, Kyra joined me on my mission to find something incredible and kept me company. It's so much more fun to have a shopping trip together: sipping champagne while trying on outfits, laughing, and having lunch at the famous Katz's Delicatessen. And thank you, darling, for showing me some of your secret shopping spots!

During this search, I found a true NYC gem – Hanky Panky. This brand is everything a woman needs – it's the perfect combination of comfort and sexy. Oh, and of course – lace.



I think I ended up trying almost everything in there, even met the owner, and now I can share that this is just the beginning. We’ll be doing more shoots in the future!

But for this special occasion – my first Brooklyn Fashion Group party and the special Underwear party – I chose these looks. I really want to make it clear: feeling sexy in your underwear is all about your own confidence. Let’s look at this not as something to please someone else, but for yourself to feel powerful and sexy – even if you’re in your corporate suit.
